I am a member of the NCMA and I accept and follow the NCMA Quality Standards, guidelines for good practice.

If you have any problems with my services as a childminder, please feel free to discuss the issue with me at an early stage so that the any difficulties do not become obstacles to a good relationship.

If a parent raises a concern about my service, I will record and acknowledge the complaint in writing within 3 working days. I will endeavour to resolve the issue by consultation with parents within 14 days (28 days should the time be required). If at this stage you still feel unhappy about the situation then you may contact the CSSIW.

I will also seek guidance from the NCMA and advise parents to contact NCMA for support and guidance.

As a registered childminder I am inspected by the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales against National Standards. A copy of the National Standards can be obtained by contacting:
