Our policies :: behaviour management policy

I will discuss my Behaviour Management Policy with the parents and provide them with a signed copy of the policy before the contract is agreed. I will discuss any behavioural difficulties with the parents of the child in order to work together to agree on a way to manage and/or change the child's behaviour. I will keep a diary of observations to discuss with the parents and I will record any relevant information in the NCMA Accident, Incident and Medication Record Book.

I will stress the aspects in my Behaviour Management Policy relating to Physical punishment and bullying.

I have attended a session Positive Behavioural Management and I am committed to undertake further training as part of my professional development.
